Crew should not immediately require you to fill in a name

If you buy a crew because you want to use it for later, this would be helpful. A name should only be required once you invite someone else to it.

I remember that I could avoid naming the crew by refreshing the page right after buying it. You would then be able to choose the name later by going into the crew tab. I'm not sure if this is still possible, though.

Only reason I knew was I accidentally bought another crew and it showed an x
