It doesn't happen much, but your concern for me is quite refreshing. I don't think it is anything that effects my normal life, it just makes the rest of my day unbearable. I consider myself an upbeat person, so it really is something out of character. So perhaps, but for now it's just something that helps/ doesn't help with stress.
