Yeah, can we set things up so that the scroll bar requires its relevant container to have the mouse within its bounds? Also, I've never had the scroll bar properly override my window scrolling, which is depressing. But, I digress.
Then we could just work off of that. I mean if we were really hacky we could just like pretend the game window is a scroll bar and then override the scroll direction to change the selection? or is that not hacky

I guess that would work quite well actually. idk what I thought the problem would be...
If you have the game deselected it could scroll the website, the game window could by default scroll the hotbar, and if you hovered over chat, it could then scroll that.

yeah that's how it already works, except the block bar, the block bar scrolling is missing thus the suggestion ;/
