They have really smart parents that went to internet safety.

I cannot continue with my School level unless I get this darn thing.

The GREEEAT news is I sent a letter; requesting the chat, maybe you people should do that too.

edit2: It costs more, but atleast you can get the chat; with out the parents saying its a scam

Don't you know what parental control is? Look at the root word. This is just to make sure you're mature enough. If it wasn't for that, it'd cost even more. GET OVER IT.

Not a good idea because if you dont have chat obviously your parents dont trust you online
