Not every topic, just mafia topics. It's debugging info to help me track down issues. The number is your user ID. There should be a 2519 next to it but there isn't.

Yep, everything appears to be working now. Now mafia owners won't need mod permissions and now topic owners everywhere can enjoy being able to lock their own topics.
