If there wasn't that "I have to kill everyone" part it could have ended so much better. I wouldn't even consider lynching maxi.
The problem with marco's kill however is that if he happens to find mafia he'll just be roleblocked and maybe killed at the same time.
Anyway, I'd rather let Maxi win than mafia, because if he actually wins, it would just mean he managed to outplay 8 other people. Note that it's very unlikely, so I'd just keep him alive and let him enjoy his Bruce body.

I have to say you are really nuts if you think we can trust Maxi with deliberately said he killed Processor and wants to kill confirmed townies.

First person Maxi claimed to have killed was Processor
Second person Maxi killed was Kirby
And third death which Maxi was responsible is Different55's.
Also Different55 knew already he's going to die. That was the main reason he decided to do what he did. (sadly I have no idea what he said on IRC)

you said that i killed 4(!!! when it was just 1; 2 at max) people last night and you implied that i did wrong when caused diff55's death. killing me is wrong to do as well then, no?
I didn't said you killed 4 last night, nor in general. You were implied in 3 crimes(from the being to this moment). 2 of which were totally willingly. Yes, what you did last night wasn't at all good for town. Lynching you yesterday was far better than lynching Kuba.
Also on Different55 role card says "If Bruce is killed by any other means, you will gain the ability to kill a player each night.". So Different55 wouldn't have the ability to kill until Bruce was dead.
I still don't understand why your role card makes you have to kill Bruce and be the last alive person.

For town you will always represent a possible threat. As you said lynching you wouldn't make any difference, then why should we take the risk to keep you alive?
