I really ask myself, how can you all get warned a lot?

By breaking the rules. If you break the right rules at the right times, you could potentially stack up hundreds of total warnings without ever getting banned.

Can you give any examples of this? Often I see a lack of spam prevention, as context-free single-word posts have been spreading all over the forum like dandelions. If anything, it seems to me as if the moderation against spam is too weak.

You don't need to put tw around language, the forum censors will catch it for you automatically. It's only required for images since the forum censors can't handle those.
