Mafia 6 game thread:Multiball (Town wins!)
The game is now over. Anyone may post in here to discuss the game.
The following rules are in play for the game, and I will be stricter on these rules than I was last time.
1. All forum rules apply, however spam and multi-posting rules are more lenient. So long as your posts are relevant to the game it shouldn't be an issue, but don't push it.
2. Do not post in this thread unless you are alive in the game. All posts made by dead players and people not in the game will be deleted. No exceptions.
3. You may not edit or delete your posts. This function will be disabled in this game.
4. Do not quote someone else's post and edit for misleading purposes.
5. You must stay active and contribute to discussion to stay in the game. If you stay inactive too long, you will be prodded for inactivity and replaced if you don't respond to the prod within 24 hours. Earning more than one prod will result in you being replaced or modkilled.
6. Do not quote, copy paste, or screenshot any message sent by the game moderator for any reason. Paraphrasing is allowed, such as saying your night result or what your role is, but don't copy paste an entire role pm.
7. Do not gamethrow. Gamethrowing is defined as actively working against your role/faction's win condition, and is dealt with on a case by case basis.
8. As soon as a majority is reached, it counts as the day being over. The moderator may not be there to lock the thread immediately so do not post after majority is reached.
9. You may not talk about the game with living players through any means other than the game thread and Mafia night chat. No exceptions.
10. Remember that this is just a game. If I see any form of harassment that may warrant a replacement or modkill.
11. If any player breaks any of these rules please private message me on the forums and I will deal with it. Do not use the forums report feature to report someone breaking one of the game rules unless they are also breaking a forum rule.
12. The moderator's word is final. If I say not to do something it means don't do it. If you have an issue then it's best to save until the end of the game as to not interfere with the game.
If you have any questions you can pm me or post in this thread, however keep in mind that questions relating to the current game I will likely not be able to answer, so only ask about game mechanics.

Those are some really expensive ogdens. As much as I like non-mafia food (especially as a regular citizen), I doubt you would get any business selling them at that price.

I'm getting some hefty scum feeling from Maxi... Oranges are pretty suspicious.
No, I think Maxi is legit. True tricksters buy lemons, call them "yellow ogdens" and sell them for double the price. Plus, he says that they are non-mafia ogdens and it is not like people would lie over the internet.

Uhm arent you supposed to keep your role a secret?
Revealing you are a citizen is good because people will know you are not the Mafia and therefore avoid lynching you.

I was about to make a post analyzing whether I may be lying, using reverse-psychology, or using reverse-reverse-psychology, then I realized that would only dig myself a deeper hole than I already am. Instead perhaps I will just play normally and try to decide who I think is the Mafia. Maxi has not really shown that much strong interest in finding the Mafia, and he seemed to neutral towards me. Because of this, I am kind of feeling that Maxi is taking a "be quiet" strategy.

I wrote random stuff simply because not much was happening, and there was not much evidence as to who could be the Mafia. Once things started getting serious, we started to cast our votes. Do you realize that several other people did the same?

Considering you made your original vote for me without any explanation, I had assumed other people had already spoken about what you thought I was. Otherwise, I would have thought you would offered an explanation, so that perhaps other people may learn from that and perhaps agree on your choice to vote for me. I suppose I had a miscommunication.

Of course. When is Day 1 ever taken seriously. That's why I don't count it in my reads.
Well, people seemed to have taken it seriously enough to spent nearly half of its votes on me, because I joked around (just like other people) and claimed to be part of the town (just like Calicara).

Yeah pretty much plus the fact that it is apparently statistically advantageous to lynch somebody on Day 1. It is pretty much too late to stop it though.
