I assumed Rhazh was on alert and killed Ninja when Ninja visited him? It's good that Ninja visited because, well, now he's dead.

First of all, Bodyguard vests are an active ability and not passive night immunity.
Maxi I think you should read up on the roles because that's not how a BG works lol.

What strikes me as strange is that the mafia didn't target Rhaz when he hard claimed being the Sheriff.
why would the mafia not target rhaz?
either:
- they did target rhaz, but the mafia doing the killing was witch'd to w24
- they can't target rhaz, because rhaz is mafia/witch
now that ninja is confirmed as mafia I guess we can trust Rhaz.
no. he could still be mafia or witch.
that's just speculation, trying to cover all bases.

You seem to forget this one:
Rhaz would be too risky for mafia or witch to target, because they assume he would be protected.
Maybe they got info of the bodyguard through earlier investigating, and maybe decided to get rid of him to remove protection? Or random target along the lines of "don't target Rhaz yet, you don't want to die because of that". Or he is a super-town(tm) having multiple PR at once, including sheriff and veteran 
no. he could still be mafia or witch.
I don't think he's mafia, because that would imply betraying Ninja just to pass as town (mind game level over 9000?). Witch may be possible, but the Ninja = mafia info has to come from somewhere, and the witch doesn't get the night results of the controlled targets.

Fair points, I didn't think he was mafia, I was just putting it out there. However, he could still be witch, in which case, if he was targeted at night it would have been redirected to his target?
IMO Rhaz is actually Sheriff.
I have my thoughts on who the rest of the mafia is, but I think I'll keep it to myself until I can get some sort of evidence to justify my hunches.

I mean, if Rhazz was mafia, then implicating Ninja, I think, would be considered gamethrowing.
For now since one else has come forward with any evidence against his sheriff claim, I see no reason that we shouldn't trust him.

To me, for Rhazz to make such a play so early doesn't seem very tactically smart. I know there's no way to really hard-confirm him, but think about it this way. If Ninja wasn't killed by the Veteran, there would be an equal amount of town and Mafia. Ergo Mafia would be one night away from a victory. What would Rhazz stand to fail from selling out his comrade? I cannot see any reason for him to lie.
Although two things still don't make sense to me:
1. The unexplained vote on AlphaJon from yesterday
2. The scum reading on Kaslai.
