Well, the default browser and when I press Upload it gives me a choice. take a picture or select image from gallery.

I need more specific than that. Is it chrome? That's the default on a lot of phones. Is it that nameless browser that just is labeled browser? That used to be the default but doesn't even exist anymore.

I can't get Google Chrome nor Firefox nor Opera (that's bad anyway) only because my tablet is 8".

Sorry, I can't support a browser I don't have access to, and I can't fix an issue I can't replicate. You should really look into getting another browser to see if that fixes the issue.

I never thought of rooting, due to my past experiees of messing with stuff not familiar with.
That's how I roasted my GPU.
