Install Ubuntu then VirtualBox. Make a virtual machine with Windows 10 in it. Then install Visual Studio. If that doesn't work, then your HDD or SSD is bimpsed up because it's corrupting your files.

Thanks for the help, but mono uses C# too so theres no difference for me. I'll use Mono.
