Color Dropper Block

It would be like  a basic block but you could choose a color for it from a color wheel. It would be useful for artists

(Also this would probably be very expensive or just for beta / builders club users)

It makes things too advanced, and sets standards for art too high. It would take ages for some people to release a level because now that they have any colour they want, they can make their art perfect and perfection takes time.

I'm not sure exactly how many hex colors there are, but I'm pretty certain there are lots of them. You don't expect them to design all those basic blocks, do you?
