but if you mean, what if "ee" in 2d is present somewhere in the 3D... how would we know?

our basic atoms are 3D... would the orbitals become the basic concentric circles we so often refer to?

of course not. 2D can't be 3D because atoms.

Its very simple. I will chose the brick blocks as example.
An normal user that dosent use any potions can jump only 4 blocks => 3th empty block 3rd must be with brick.
200 / 3 = 66, 6 => we need 67 brick blocks
The world can contain 400 * 200 = 80000 blocks.
80000 * x / 100 = 67
x = 67 / 800
x ~ 0,84%


Answer is 0,84% of world and i win because is totally math demonstrated.
If you want i can calculate the % of this really happen.
