It was changed. Replies like "yes" should be fine since they're actually replying but we'll still strongly encourage adding more words. Maybe a 0 point warning type could be added specifically for one word posts that aren't spam.
Anyway, he was banned for one image posting that didn't add anything to the discussion although tbh it wasn't much of a discussion in the first place.
