It was easier than expected. There is some sort of metal ball inside. It's blinking. Maybe it's some sort of GPS that leads you to the electromagnetic device?

After several dead-ends and beeps, I finally found it. It was some sort of metal briefcase with a lock on it. If only I had my locksmith tools...but it was stuck onto the radiator.
