Well I don't know if he can. The only way I can imagine getting the forums back is if Dirrerent hacks them back, is that's possible.

Well since SmileyZ unintentionally bumped this topic, I have some news for you. The creator, Lividus is letting Collectionshower take over the game. Lividus will continue updating WoEC, but not any major updates as far as I know.
