Also, even so, leap years have more specific rules than that.

It is a leap year if it is divisible by 4; UNLESS it is divisible by 100; but it still is if it is divisible by 400.

I know that's the rule for finding a year proided you don't know the cycle, but my answer was just as legitimate: It's the fourth year in a four-year cycle.

No, not necessarily. That bis the whole point of this rule. From 1897-1903, there are no leap years. More than 4 years pass. Case in point.

I would also like to point out that silverstar did not ask for the exact amount. Thus, by silvverstar and gadgetgeek's logic, you are still right, as yes, 1 month does have 28 days. It just happens that 11 more do as well.
