13. You can have alcohol under 16 with adult supervision.

*throws hat down in disgust* Dammit! Why did I have to be stuck in America! I could've been having fun drinking for the last decade instead of a measly two years.

In St. Lucia, theres no drinking age, you can have alcohol when your 1 month old.

Hmm... If you talk to each each other a few times a day maybe. Or if she begins to start a conversation with you. I dunno, how do you know if your in the friend zone with anyone? It just happens.

I don't have much advide but I would suggest becoming friends with her, then spend time together then ask her out.

I did this, 13th Feb, in Morocco on the roof of a remote villiage with a awe of a view of snow capped mountains.

My first girlfriend [who we broke up because she was moving away], I managed to go from the FRIENDZONE to going out, It isn't impossible.

Sticky situation, just do not try being obsessed or awkward. I asked my relatives eeons ago, they said try to get over it.

Not really. This can also happen with flirting.

When she says your her "best friend" pretty much.

Yeah, this is pretty much the only way to know for sure. However, this does not mean you are forever friends.
