I couldn't resist elaborating on the laptop thing.

If you're too lazy to read:
Laptops are good.
If people misbehave or use it irresponsibly, tell them not to bring it back to school.
Pay $50-$100/year 1st-12th grade to pay for them. Keep them when you're done paying. Optional.
If you break it, you pay the remaining price fully and at once.

Positive effects:
People can actually get work done. This includes research and homework.
Teachers can give assignments virtually; no more waste of pen, pencil, or paper.
More organized.
Teaches responsibility.

Let's move into the 21st century, eh?

Btw, in google chrome it tells me I misspelled "anyways", I never knew that it wasn't proper to say it like that. It sounds right to me lol.
