It's a block but acts as a boost arrow.

It doesn't act as a boost arrow. It acts as a block. It's a block.

I still don't get why people think it'll be a down arrow when it would have the same effect as regular gravity. Arrows only change the direction of gravity, not boost people.

Actually, they do make you go a bit faster.
