IE's past rep is bad. People really need to upgrade it to IE10, you can't judge an outdated browser.
XP limit = IE8
Vista = IE9
7 = IE10 (coming soon for it, it uses IE9 right now)
Windows 8 = IE10
^^The best combo, if you update it to IE10 and still have problems, then there's something that stands out.

I just noticed that I actually have Chrome and Safari already installed on my computer. Derp.
Well, I have no need to change it. IE is working just fine for me, and I much rather prefer having the forums look like this, over this (Google Chrome screenshot).
