Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

The main reason I installed linux was because everything was so slow on windows that it was nearly unusable. WINE is some sort of witchcraft or something, I've only found 1 application that didn't work, and that was a problem specific to this computer. Other people were able to run it just fine.
i may use a vm to see how it works, but windows is good for me for now.

You're joking right? Only fools think Linux can't get viruses.
Also, there's nothing wrong with using Opera. I'm guessing you use virus-free Lynx.

Have 4 copies of opera on Linux and nobody bats an eye.
Have just one on windows and everybody loses their mind.
@Zumza it's a Debian based distro named CrunchBang. The panel is tint2 and I guess you could say it's been themed. The icons are drawn by idesk and the information thing is conky.

It's a difference between virus and malware, as I know... Anyway even so, a Linux virus can't destroy as an Windows one, and there are a small no of Linux malware viruses etc.
Opera is not the fastest, beutiful or advaced browser.
I have been using Opera before going to Firefox. Is fastest only if the web page is old. Opera just takes all goods parts of all browsers, nothing original.
As an web designer/developer Opera isn't good, it's been using by a small group of people and have lots of error. I don't know if still have.

Linux viruses are actually potentially more damaging than windows ones. There's no separation between GUI applications at all.
Opera is not the fastest, beutiful or advaced browser.

Opera was the first browser to implement:
Built-in Tabbed browsing
Gestures
Visual bookmarks
Built-in email and RSS readers
Built-on torrent client
Stuff
Other browsers are ripping off of Opera, not the other way around.
As an web designer/developer Opera isn't good, it's been using by a small group of people and have lots of error. I don't know if still have.
Opera is and always has been "a stickler for standards compliance." That's a good thing, it means that Opera strictly follows the rules. It makes web developer's lives easier, and Opera Dragonfly is a great tool for web developers.
And for someone who loves linux so much, you seem to be forgetting that it's used only by a small group of people and that it has lots of bugs.

"Opera strictly follows the rules." I didnt know that. Downloaded!
Edit: Is the best browser! lots of change have been done after i didnt use it!
We are going out off topic so if you dont want to picture opera, please stop. Over. EOM.

I've stopped using Opera 12. It's rather outdated and I've gotten over the additional features.

I know right. No idea how anybody has 'Free Downloader' on their desktops and doesn't realise it's most likely adware.
P.S: Everyone with uTorrent or BitTorrent, you also have some shady adware installed too.
That's why it's best to use open-source products. =P
