Signature of the week

a moderator or grafix design moderator (if there is someone going to be one) should host a Signature of the week every 1/2 weeks, 1 week of making, 2nd week for voting. when you win the SOTW 1 time you can get the rank "Grafix Disigner" or "Signature Master" or something like that.

the sigs have to be made, not the sigs that you have right now. and they have to be in a special theme, and no copycat.

i didnt mean that you copy, i mean in general, if you search for a pic dont use a picture that already has been editted. and you don't enter the SOTW with the signature that you have atm, but with the one you have to make in the theme.

I think every 6 months we should do this. That or the custom title is only available for a week. What does the community think?

I prefer the 6 months thing. It's less work and give the title some prestige. Of course they will only have the title until new winners are chosen.

EDIT: Sorry guys. I just talked to Cyclone about it and he said no.

Did he say no to the idea of a SOTW, or the idea of a custom title? If it was to the idea of a custom title.. We could have a userbar which you can wear..

The text on it would basically be.. "SOTW #1 Winner" or.. "SOTW Week 2 Winner" etc. No need for custom ranks.

If the case is that he doesn't want to have official SOTW contests, is it allowed for a member of the community to start their own competition?

No to the contests. He said it would clutter the forum up, with bad sigs, and that he would always win.

made a SOTW banner, guess we dont need it.. it's nonsence that there only would be bad sigs, only the good people can enter..
