Not just because I feel obligated to say this since he said something nice about me, but because I genuinely think he deserves this title, I would say that Arceus64 is the "Nicest" person I've talked to. Also, he's usually grammatically correct!

I have visited the forums for almost a year now, and I have participated in more conversations than a malodorous hen that has rainbow excrement. I anticipate that I may be chosen by my cleverly funny ways, like at this moment, trying to get voted, and... clever use of elegant words. At the same moment, I start being peculiar and eloquent while being cool. [color=black]bwahaha i'm cold[\color] Though, I may go on and one of what I have to speak, I may write smaller than I would if I could, I may stop soon.

I am highly disappointed of the fellows of the community, though I suppose maybe someone has forgotten me, and I accept this fact. Everyone has different opinions, and my opinion may differ from what another may consider. I also accept whether you determine whether to vote for me or not.
