Yes! Make another account!
1. PM Meredith the username of your new account
2. Create the account
3. Ask Meredith to delete Creature
4. Use the new account and in introductions, make a post saying that you were Creature or Reidolol
5. YOUR DONE!!!

Full username changes require the "formerly" regardless. Also as Anch159 pointed out, the request should be submitted in the correct topic (http://eeforumify.com/viewtopic.php?id=4297&p=12).
Should you still wish to proceed with the username change, please submitt the request in the aforementioned topic.
