dylandaskater; the clown is 16 pixel across but more than 16 up. If you compare it to the wizard they'll probably look abou the same size. I'll try and compare them to try and prove my point. I'll edit this once I have found out.
edit: I have checked and hte clown smiley is 1 pixel shorter than the wizard smiley. The wizard goes up 8 and the clown 7. As long as the wizard stays in the game despite its size then the clown could be accepted.
