Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Energy Bars Suggestion

Hello Humans,

Let's be honest, we're all humans. (I hope) We all make mistakes. If we were all like Chuck Norris, this world would be perfect.

Just kidding. Bruce Lee is better then Chuck Norris.

Back on topic. We make mistakes.

In this game, we make mistakes with energy.

Example: We might change our mind about buying a world, smiley, or brick.
Example: We might accidentally put 50 energy into a great world instead of commando smiley.

So, my solution is instead of "Add x energy now" you put a draggable divider in the energy bar. If you have 298 energy, you can drag the bar all the way up until it's spent 298. If you change your mind at ANY POINT IN TIME, you can drag it all the way back to 0. This energy is put into a little feature I call "Energy Bank"

Example: You are almost ready to buy a commando smiley. Then you realize that you're a girl and a commando smiley probably would give you the wrong look. You drag the bar all the way back to 0, and whatever energy you put into the smiley goes directly to your bank.

This also would work positively.

Example: After putting all your "commando-smiley-energy" into your bank, you realize that you haven't bought the female smiley. You have 1300 energy saved up in your energy bank. You drag the bar on the female smiley all the way up to the top and buy it.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT MY IDEA:
> Draggable bars instead of "Add X energy now"
       > You can change how much energy you put into an item at any time
       > You can add to existing energy, from your bank
       > You can take energy away from an item and put it into your bank
       > Yellow shaded area to tell how much energy you can possibly put into it
> Energy bank
       > Put energy into it
       > Take energy out of it
       > Put energy into it directly from your energy supply

Re: Energy Bars Suggestion

Incorrect!

Funny, it sounded as if you were telling me what I did and what I didn't do, when actually you don't know anything about me or my mistakes.

In case you don't know me, I'm extremely friendly and NEVER get mad.

But SOMETIMES he uses all-caps to convey what you may perceive as angriness. Anyway, you're idea is a little complicated. Maybe some graphics would help me to better understand. By the way, why would a girl not want the Commando Smiley? Commando is hardcore.

Re: Energy Bars Suggestion

energy banks and anything potentially use-able as an energy bank have always been met with negative comments.

^This. The reason is because it would be used to store energy making yo seem to have a high max energy.

Re: Energy Bars Suggestion

Anything that discourages players to spend money on gems to get items instantly isn't going to fly with the devs, who are trying to [and should] make money for their work on this game.

Re: Energy Bars Suggestion

Any form of energy storage and un-doing has been suggested many times before and has been turned down for obvious reasons, as stated somewhere above.

Well THAT'S spam.

Anyway, it's not making things go any faster. It's the equivalent of the slowness we already have. It just seems faster

Re: Energy Bars Suggestion

Yeah, we should probably avoid this, it totally ruins max energy anyhow

Re: Energy Bars Suggestion

the bank would basically ruin the point of magic coins (except for wizard) because they increase your max energy, making it quicker to buy more expensive things, because it can gather more energy while you're afk, with the bank, it's pretty much just a limitless amount of energy, so you won't need magic coins to raise it anymore

Re: Energy Bars Suggestion

I suggest that the energy bank will overfill the energy, like on Mafia Wars in Facebook. But it won't add the max total energy. Problem solved. Probably not.

Re: Energy Bars Suggestion

Definitely not. Going over is the exact same problem. It's storing energy. Effectively raising your max energy. You could stuff energy in tons of different things, then recall it all and jam it into something you want. Then your energy really would be over 9000.
