I used a fake email to register, and I can confirm you can use a different email than your login and have chat now.

I used to be a kid when this happened. I kept on begging my father to get me chat. Even though it is only one cent, he is the kind of person that loathes buying things for me after all. He never bought the chat for me, no matter how much I pushed him. I could only use quickchat, and I can't see what chatters were saying. Then came the era when everyone could chat. I celebrated so much I think I dislocated my arm. JK! But I did celebrate a lot. I was happy to finally send more complex thoughts instead of Help me! And Stop! You can say names, levels, etc. I was so happy.
