OMG! I posted this idea already in the List of Suggestions topic waaay long ago, no one noticed. here look http://eeforumify.com/viewtopic.php?id=60&p=7, see the date. Anyway I agree with the thing (obviously), but how about rather than just seeing the id and target of one portal, there is an option to see the id and target of every portal by pressing let's say "alt." And how about when you scroll over one portal the target portals will glow on screen and minimap (can be turned on/off).

How about the i or p button though for making it show up for all? That seems like it would be better than pressing shift.

Well, if you use WASD to move then for ease of use maybe the f key/c key?

Okay I just thought of something else that would be helpful to add.   How about an option to see how many portals you have in the world and what the id of each one of these is.   Like you open the minimap and scroll over the id's on it then it will show you the portal id of that too along with showing it on main map.

This is also not as predominantly but still a bump because this would be helpful to have in game.

I'm with you, but only owners should be able to do it.   Maybe with the P key?   By the way, I'm not sure if that was already suggested or not.

It was suggested by me a while ago lol, but he gave credit so it is all good.   And yeah of course only owners, only owners can place portals themselves so .   I think this is basically all suggestions.

Okay you missed the option to see how many portals you have.

Also maybe see the id of the lowest and id of the highest so that you do not have to go around looking for them.

I think showing on mouseover would be a bad idea. So I think you should change the "Ability to turn on/off" suggestion to the following:

"Ability to turn on/off and choose when to show."

I'm with you on this ALL THE WAY!

...Actually, it should be a seperate suggestion.

But yeah, I think that you should be able to change when the IDs are triggered. There should be an 'Options' menu and you should be able to choose what key/mouse stroke triggers the IDs.

My newest level *minis maze madness* really needs this, I am constantly having to redo all the portals so i can put on a new one because i have used so many. If it would show the ID on mouse roll over that would be GREAT. PLEASE PUT THIS IN!!!!!!

Yeah, if people without the code were able to see the portal IDs, then they would be able to steal level ideas.
