Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Which ones?
The feature concerning manually selecting multiple blocks to compare them.
Speaking of which, I'm considering implementing this feature and another feature:
1. Selecting multiple blocks to compare them
2. Upload an image (or more than one) and it'll tell you which block packs to buy in order to maximize image colors
To the community: would you use these features? If so, which one(s)? The more people interested, the higher probability that it will be implemented.

EE Colorwheel has been getting a steady stream of traffic over the past six months, however I think it might be because of a bot because the patterns look strange. If you use colorwheel or want it to be developed further (adding new blocks and fixing the search function), feel free to reply to this topic so that I know that the traffic is legitimate.
If the interface is not working for you, or you think it's getting a little clunky/too old, we may try to give EE Colorwheel a face lift, and move it more into the direction of Chameleon http://forums.everybodyedits.com/viewtopic.php?id=11500 .
Any comments or questions are appreciated.

We plan to update ee-colorwheel very soon with all of the new blocks, and colors.
However, we are having problems getting access to the application, as it seems to be under another account that we can't access. We will keep trying to get to that account so that we can update the app (and not change the url.)
Feel free to let us know if there are any bugs/improvements that you would like to make as we would be happy to add them into the next "major" release with all of the new blocks.

Canst thou add an API or something?
That way the community can recompile it to send it as a push for the EE protocol (as for other things I guess).
Or you can do it yourself if you want to.

We can definately add an API! As for pushing new resources, I've forked EEJesse's repo, so whenever the community adds new blocks, they will trickle down to my repo (as it's a fork with special development stuff.) Alternatively, if someone wants to add a tag to an empty block, one can just send a PR to my repo, and I can push the changes upstream.

We're doing a big cleanup of the code base, and moving things over to AngularJS. With this may come a redesign like Google's Material Theme (each block would be on a card.) Do you think that EE Colorwheel should be redesigned? It would add new features, like allowing you to copy the hex color to the clipboard.

I mainly meant sending the data you have to Thanel's repo of EE protocol, so we have everything in one place
Obviously that wouldn't mean your tool would become obsolete.
Suggestions: RGB support.
Ability to set and view favorites (through cookies?)
Ability to set threshold yourself (so meaning when you insert a hex color, currently you'd (for example) get 4 colors, but you'd be able to increase the threshold to get colors further from the inserted hex).

I was thinking about that, but Thanel doesn't really want too much data https://github.com/Tunous/EverybodyEdit … l/issues/3 in the repo because it might get a bit cluttered.

This is definitely possible; we'll see what we can do!

Also, it seems like ~95% of the users are just using the colorpicker to select a color, and the colorpicker is very very small. We are thinking we should redesign the color picker to something like this:
(screenshot from dribbble.com). Perhaps we could have a brightness slider to select colors more closely. What do you think?
