Hey i couldn't figure out how to make it better, 
BUT i did ramp up the difficulty...by a lot ( in my opinion 
) I also added new routes and a new mini in the bottom 
i think i might go for a 5 or 6 
But i dont know Tell me what you think

My level is at PW5tj5CyS3bkI. idk its the first Shift level i made...so might not be as good
