Thanks Trytu! It works! The green path is the correct way as the yellow path will fail at the last step (hit the block on top). I performed the red path pretty similar as the white path: start from the initial platform, jump and leverage each platform (without hitting blocks) to get enough speed to end at red arrow. The checkpoint at the start of the white path allows me to avoid redoing the red path if I fail to do later path (I can deliberately die at the spikes to revive at that checkpoint).
