Idk, I just drew this in MS Paint, tried to make it as realistic, detailed and as smiley-textured as I could.

The blue background is to make it stand out.

I wanted it to be called "Hooded Figure" or something along the lines of that but I really do not mind what it is called.

I hope you guys (staff, Toop etc.) consider adding this because... reasons... and stuff...
