As you knew Python earlier I must say that you have made a good job. I love to see new programmers on this forum that have something to do with EE of course.
I can't find any bugs in your code, not that I "can" Python, but I understand a bit of it. I hope you continues on programming. ;)

I have a lot of stuff to say about this.

1. It's very cool. I liked the fact that you can see every user who is online and I didn't know you could do that.
2. I found 2 bugs (a moth and a grasshopper) in your code. IsGold returns None if the person doesn't have a gold membership, not false (I checked it out by printing out data['IsGold']). This makes everyone come up as a Gold Member even if they aren't. The fix would be to change "if data['IsGold'] != False:" (on line 131) to "if data['IsGold'] != None:". Also, _Level doesn't work for some reason. It keeps sending "None" even if people are in a level. I don't think that's your fault though -- might be the API.
3. I think it's very lewd that when it asks "What do you want to do?" that I have to respond "u".
4. Keep up the good work. I really like this.
