Basically this block would take away a pre-set amount of coins once you pass through it, allowing for more control by map editors.
Example: A player has collected 10 coins, they can use 6 coins to "buy" access to another part of the map by going through a coin door (set to 6) and then the coin removal door (also set to 6) leaving them with 4 collected coins.
Note: The coins the player already collected would not be collectible again.
