What are the ACTUAL requirements for the "GGRID MVP" discord rank?

I thought the rank was for former staff, forum staff and major community contributors.
But apparently, now you're gonna give the rank to a random who has begged for it, and you're just going to slap it in my face.
How can I earn myself a rank of mine now? Will I earn it when all planets in the solar system align? Or when there will be absolute zero temparature in hell? Or when Valve releases Half-Life 3 or Portal 3?

This is a question for the Discord, not the forums. It's not just ban talk that's banned here, it's Discord talk. Basically, if you have a question that's directed at the Discord server, direct it there.
