The smiley looks nice, a bit more fixing and you have a perfect smiley for pac-man themed worlds!

I think the Staff are trying to stop the game from breaking anymore trademark laws than it already has.

But these smileys are 16x16 by toop... it's not breaking copyright if toop made it.

That's like saying somebody made a emoji, then the emoji gets copyrighted.
If you make an emoji that is similliar to it it's breaking copyright!!11 But it really isn't.

"Purple ghost" isn't unique enough to be trademarked, while Pac-Man definitely is.

While the graphics are Toop's, the concept and name are Namco's. I'm not a lawyer but I don't think that creating original sprites make them invincible from trademark laws.

guys are you able to help me out here i like all of you ideas please post them here it would make the game so much better and fun for all of us who agree "viewtopic.php?id=38912" copy that and paste it into the browrser its so you can help ee get a texture pack and smile texture pack bot etc

I'd even make Pac-Man's face up or down.
But they say it will not be possible to have in the game.
