Why i receive always +1 answer in my Private Messages?
Why i always get +1 to the messages in sent to players in PM?
I don´t get any answer to my private messages, just appear a +1 Replies.
Is a bug or what is going on?

it depends on how you define "reply"
the PM system considers a reply as a message of any sort. The content of your original message (in forum speak, the OP, perhaps) counts as a message, which equates to a reply.
On a fun note, automated PM's (warnings) start at zero instead of one, so if we just shifted the numbers back to match your definition of reply, we'd have -1 replies
