That's a fair point. I'm not sure there would be any programming wizards that would be willing to help out so that may be a problem.

my solution:

1. swear censor is turned on by default
2. there is an option to turn off swear censor in profile options
3. swears in pictures are allowed on all threads, but must be tagged

As someone who has been avoiding the forums, because i get offended when i see asterisks, this idea is a big savior, because it will stop me from getting triggered if it is implemented. Support.

As someone who has been avoiding the forums, because i get offended when i see asterisks, this idea is a big savior, because it will stop me from getting triggered if it is implemented. Support.

fun fact: i only made this topic because of you. i know your problem with asterisks is much more severe than n1kf with swears. thank you for sharing your info.

Different didn't make it very clear, but the option to disable swear filters was added along with the trigger update.
