New Sig= + rep

If anyone could get me a sig that would be appreciated.It should be a background with a neon blue heart,if you can animate,make the heart glowing neon blue,but make the heart with different shades of blue.And the rest black.then my name as close as you can get to the same font I have right now in my sig,and make the color of the text white at the top,and getting grayer at the bottom of the text.If you get me one,+rep for you!
