Please Explain, I am confused.

Amaiiii, my brain is exploding. I can only PM staff mebers as guest.

As far as I know EEjesse is not a staff meber. So idk why this is even possible.

So. PWOmega exists and world size is 636x466. Owner of that world is lrussell, which is an EE mod. PWJesse exists and world size is 635x460. Owner is Jesse. I think EEJesse is an alt of Jesse (or vice versa?). He's probably secret EE mod, too....

Jesse have good contacts with the admins. If he is a secret mod then it's enabled serverside.

This is what I could find:

Would explain things. After I pm'ed eejesse and NVD they did not say any word anymore. 5 minutes after pm'ing EEjesse I could not do it anymore and got the normal message that you get when trying to pm normal players.
