Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Global doors and gates not activating correctly.

Global doors and gates don't seem to activate correctly if you are standing inside them when someone else presses the switch, not sure if this is exclusive to pressing the switch twice or not but it's still pretty annoying. It's easily fixed though just by the person pressing the switches again:

Personally I blame my recording software.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has experience this, how long ago did you notice it?

This is normal behaviour. It's the game's way to prevent people from getting stuck inside of blocks.

Then it should be fixe.. I mean 'changed', so that when you stand in it and switch is pressed even number of times it's open when you leave, and if it's pressed odd number of times and you leave it is closed, and also purples...

Nope. If you watch the gif, you can see that the door is open for one guy and closed for another. The states of switches should remain synchronised across all players as they are global for a reason.

Ah yes. I wondered if that was the thing.

So for clarification, as I understand it, doors in general wait to fire the "close" or whatever until the user is out of the way. In this case, we have the global doors waiting to fire... but missing the other call to open. Perhaps it DOES receive the cue, but since it's a gate and not a door, it doesn't hang on to the info.

edit: can anyone in the know verify? idk where I put my EE code
