Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Re: Which world prefixes exist?

It still exists within the Worlds database [1], it's likely the server forbidding any non-prefixed worlds to be joined.

Which URL to the world?

I would have thought "t's likely the server forbidding any non-prefixed worlds to be joined." would answer that question.

But every world has got a link

There are no predefined links.
The World ID specified within the URL is passed to the FlashVars via JavaScript.
In this case, if the server and/or client didn't reject non-prefixed World IDs (i.e. 'PW', & 'BW') there wouldn't be any issue with joining.

Can't this be disabled with a javascript sniplet?

I can confirm. I had a hacked world that didn't start with PW, and I can't join it. //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/sad
