Is there still that openworld-like tutorial?
An old tutorial which had editing area in middle of map and you could put blocks 1 by 1
Anyone got a url or something??

IIRC that used to be Tutorial World #3. I don't think it had a world ID insofar as it had an entirely different RoomType, which would make it hard to replicate.
MrShoe? probably has a copy of the inert (no editing) world on his profile.
