I don't know if you're joking but this justice thing doesn't really apply since they were demodded in different ways by different people. Master1 was given a clear warning, but he still messed up so Nou stuck by his word and demodded him (personally I would be annoyed if he didn't). The community was very split about the zoey thing, so diff decided to make a poll. Both cases were pretty fair imo; I respect Nou's integrity and I can't really argue with a poll.

Quite sad that Master1 "resigned". He was a great person. He seemed to always enforce the rules when I was around.

I just would thank him for all works that he did on ee,
I hope you choose another mod which is as great as master1
But sadly master1 was insulting a lot and saying bad words,

I would like to have my say in this.

From an unbiased percpective Master1 has been a good moderator, he has banned his friends when he had to, gave warnings to players when they were crossing the border, to conclude, a not so flawed member of staff.

Meanwhile we have Nou who comes online once per month and suddenly demote him after seeing pathetic accusations towards him. (Note: when Nou told him to enforce the rules, he did).

In my eyes there's 3 big issues right now.

Processor: I've seen this admin break the rules countless of times (Literally telling someone to suck his you know what) and he didn't get banned for it, he's an admin after all. Let's actually face it: Processor should be a developper and not an admin. Also, I'm pretty sure his 'girlfriend' uses him to do as she pleaae which is unacceptable (Ninja got banned forever for making fun of Zoey2070). Apparently making fun of someone could get you banned forever, It's a motive as strong as stealing gems and making profit out the game *cough* Jawapa. I laughed, honestly. This isn't the behavior of an admin and this wasn't handled professionally = to conclude, Ninja should've been chat banned to prevent these "harassements".

Nou: Nou is a good friend of mine and I respect him. Yeah, he's an admin who has fullpower of the game, he has a big responsibility over this game. Just like every other human being he makes flaws. Master1s demote wasn't justified, apparently he imposed Master1 a deal: Resign or I'll kick you. Where's the justice in this exactly? We've done a vote for Zoey2070 to let the community decide if she stay or not but we can't do it for Master1? The case was rushed.

TL;DR Things got rushed, Admins acted unprofessionally, Zoey has impact on processor

I checked all reports issued for my account and I have had 0 reports in the past 5 months.
I have 5 reports in total during the past year. They were all marked spam. Reasons include "he didn't send me nudes" to "omg proc is here".
Four of them were handled by the "good moderator" master1. You gotta be contradicting yourself if you think master1 is a good moderator and then saying he is biased towards other moderators.

Ninja has received over 20 reports in the past year and has been banned multiple times and continued to break the rules. The decision to permaban ninja was made collectively by nou (your respected friend) and myself. Zoey2070 didn't ask me to perma ban him (although other people did).

This sentence essentially means that master1 can't any longer show his moderation experience on EE to any future employers, because it shows that he failed at his job. Had he resigned himself he would be able to use any excuse he wanted and if he were to apply for moderator on another game or forum or similar job, he could put this experience on his CV.

a) The forums are run by different55 not nou.
b) The community wanted zoey2070 demodded. Had different55 been convinced to demod zoey himself, he could have done so without a vote.
c) We didn't vote on jawapa's/zioxei's demod either.
