Annyone use the clear chat command?

Long time ago that this command exists, but never saw anyone using it. I used twice and it worked well, so for those who forget this command is /clearchat. I do not think this very useful command.

don't be rude.

I've used it on occasion on worlds where I give edit to people when they complete the world, because if I go afk and come back and there's 10 "x completed the world!" notifications, I might not know who I gave edit to already -- so I clear the chat before switching tabs or making a sandwich so I don't have to look at a ton of backlogs.

Also, if you're talking about something your parents/guardians/whomever might disapprove of and they're in close proximity, /clearchat could be useful, or if you're paranoid about privacy or something.
It's not like you would really see anyone using it since it only clears the chat on their own screen, so.
