Ultrabass claims NOU made he go into depression and tells NOU took his guardian.

You have no information other than one persons word, which might be true, could also be completely misleading due to lack of information. Why make a topic that is skewed in a direction of one player without getting all the sides first? especially if it involves the staff, which everyone has an opinion of.

No, they are upset because supposedly how he got taken off, if it was just inactivity and was talked to I don't think anyone would have cared, but again, there's not enough information to judge and was a stupid topic to make at this point.

Also, UltraBass is a good friend of mine, but this isn't your fight. You're just trying to make people hate Nou and start drama when you know there's not a chance for him to regain guardian status.

UB became completely inactive without any communication. We had a talk about this, he said he was in a busy period which was over by then.
Nothing changed, he didn't become active, still no communication about it either, so I took action. During the entire period he didn't take part in any team discussions, he wasn't part of the team. With no input or action, or even communication, there was no reason for him to remain part of staff, as much as I like him. He has been kicked from being guardian before, so he's had plenty of chances too.

Nothing more, nothing less. Stop trying to create drama.

the ee team is working pretty hard nowadays, and with one employee short, it makes it harder for the rest

and without giving notice to other guardians is well

I would say you were inactive in weeks and I saw you only yesterday. I'm not as active in worlds as earlier but I appear at least once a day. Important is that I'm actively working on updates and other team members can confirm this.

Fact is he was inactive.
And even if it had a reason
And even if he had told someone he would be inactive

He was inactive and that's indeed a good reason to take his privileges from him, since he can't do his job anymore.
If he can't help, he's out. Which sounds harsh but that's how life and proper management works.

Also we (the community) know almost nothing about the situation, so just stfu.

I absolutely hate this arguement noone complained that he got removed but even if OP did your implying the whole community is one person by saying that. people have different opinions. if someone complains about something and it gets changed that doesnt mean SOMEONE ELSE isnt going to complain they liked it the other way.
