I don't want to be a downer here: but friend doors don't add much to the game.

You have to be my friend to play, friend me. You get special treats in a level if you're my friend. Let's make an update where people who don't have friends need friends to have a functioning action item.

I understand that it has some useful purposes, and it's honestly not a bad idea, but it isn't great either.

Same here. I get why you'd want it but it's not really going to be that useful imo. I mean, if you want only your friends to see something you could just teleport them.
