To be honest, he probably doesn't care about the emails he gets. He has more important stuff to do, like ruin a game.

It's mostly depends on what the topic is. If it's something like a bug, most likely you will get a response. If it's something stupid, like "omg MrShoe this iz a test o pleez pleese rewspawnd to this and can u tel me if i can bcum a modo pleez" then you probably won't get an answer. Heck, he'll probably mark you as spam.

I get replies when I am very kind, professional sounding, and to the point. And he does seem to listen for the most part.

well I've sent < 999 letters to him and most of them had been replied. He may not respond if your letter doesn't have something important related to the game though.

Mine had a message concerning Builders Club membership that was paid for and not received.

And no response.
Or BC.

Or diddly-squat. :l

I wish I could rant on and on about how stupid the administration is, and how little they get done... but there's already people doing that.

So yeah. Administration fails.

I want my second beta membership and BC club subscription repaid.

When you pressed U in run, you seemed to have slipped and pressed I, making it "ruin." I would recommend go fixing it so someone may see that the wrong way.

When first day comes woot, I sand an email to him, that say to make more than 1 category(that come online and mine), but never says Thank You!
