on some of the ex crew maps ive seen black blocks but there not in the selection can someone help me???

That is the old black block, it can only be made in custom animators and uploaded.

That is the old black block, it can only be made in custom animators and uploaded.
You can make it in CE and WPE too. So it's not only in EE Animator and EE tool.
